V6 MPV Transmission

So I have to fix my parent MPV which it break down. My mother told me that while driving about 25 mph on the street she heard a banging sound then the MPV show no go while giving gases... So we towed it home. I drain the tranny fluid out, which has no drain plug. So I have to took out all the bolt's that hold it into place and use a knive to cut through the gasket and pry it just to let all the fluid out, and it work wonderful... So after successfully pull the pan out, oh my! There were so many fragment of metal sticking on the magnet and inside the filter, and two metal pieces that was sticking on the magnet. Surely the tranny blown... We took it to the shop before and they are asking for 3800$. We say no way. So I went to p'n'pull and found a good o' 91' tranny. Look new to me... I pull it out and out the door cost was only 141$ and probably on Sunday I will take out the blown tranny out and hopefully Monday or next week I will get it running again. So by now seem the one I pull has some missing parts. So I will look over the old tranny to see if I can replace them, finger cross... I will get some picture...

Where it come from? hehe

Gee'z look at that...
