Unhappy 1992 e-150 club wagon has high idle!

I have a 1992 club wagon with a 302, it is suffering with a very high idle. I replaced the TPS and cleaned the Idle air control valve and still am going 35 mph with my foot on the brake. Does anyone out there have any sugestions?

The IAC solenoid CANNOT be cleaned effectively, they must be replaced.

You could also have:
-Stuck throttle cable that will not allow the throttles to close fully.
-Someone moved the throttle stop screw - NEVER do this.
-Vacuum leak (most likely).
