86 9000turbo trouble

I mistakenly bought a 86 9000 turbo saab from an auction lot and since i bought it i might as well use it. When I bought it the turbo was trash so i installed a new turbocharger and drove it for about a week and now the clutch is out, i mean this car will start in gear without me touching the clutch. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is worth the trouble and how much trouble it would be to change the clutch, pressure plate slave cylinder, etc.... I know that this little car will run like a scoulded dog i went into 5th at 135mph but i also know that i was getting over 38MPG with a slipping clutch i can't imagine what it would get in proper running condition. any help would be greatly appreciated.
