18" wheels on 96-SL
Will 18x8's fit ok? I'm about to buy a set and just wanted to make sure..
Looking at the front wheel I see the strut right above the tire now and was wondering if 18's would hit anything....also I don't want to run a real low profile tire. say a 235/40/18's tks Jim |

that should work just fine, 245/40/18 should work on those rims also. Just make sure the offset is around +35 to +50. The stock is +46 on TT models and its damn close to that on N/A's
