Please use the Problem Diagnosis forum for any and all threads requesting technical assistance or advice. Unless you are posting about a sound system, appearance modifications, or non-technical information, almost all threads should be posted in the Problem Diagnosis forum.

A look at the Cavalier forum should reveal just how many threads are routinely moved as a result of posting in the incorrect forum. If you would like the fastest replies and most appropriate attention, post in the proper forum.

Thank you for your help.

I would check that you bleed the system properly. Then check out the slave cylinder.

I have a 2000 chevy cavalier that won't stay running? You have to pump the gas pedal while turning the ignition to get it to start up. Once it is started up you have to leave your foot on the gas to keep it running or the engine dies?
