Need advice on parts pricing
I'm junking my 92 mercury sable wagon in a couple weeks and I need to know what parts I can sell for the most $$$ and are somewhat simple to remove. The ones I'm taking so far are:
-Wheels ($500) -Brake calipers ($30) -starter motor ($50) -alternator ($60) -radiator & fan ($60) -stereo ($130) -intake manifold ($40) Please include prices if possible. Thanks, Tony |

Re: Need advice on parts pricing
You won't get $500 for the wheels, maybe $100 if you're lucky and you have a desirable design of alloy wheels. The market is flooded with 15" taurus and sable wheels. If you have steel wheels, they're worthless.
If the center headlight piece is in good condition, that's worth quite a bit. If the headlights aren't yellowed, they're worth a few bucks. If the taillights aren't cracked, they're worth a few bucks as well, especially as the wagon is a bit rare.
