Re: '01 Oldsmobile Alero question
mhm, so the difference is jsut features. main reason why i got all hyped about it is becasue on tirerack.com.... suposidly, the alero coupe and the gls come with 2 different size rims stock. when searching under the GLS, the F1 tires come up, but under the regular alero they dont.
after doing more research and looking at more of the aleros, right now im leaning more towards the GLS. so time to check some local tire places out and see what they have. |

Re: '01 Oldsmobile Alero question
As pointed out you have different trim levels and not all Aleros are created equally. Models are the GLS, GL2, GL (GL1) and GX. Only the GLS and GL2 models came with the 16" X 6.5" wheels with GoodYear Eagle brand tires from GM. Fitted with either the Eagle LS or RSA. The GL and GX models have the narrower 15" wheels and totally different tires when they came off the assembly line.
I'd go with the the Goodyear F1 All Season but there are other brand tires that will work fine.
