Question Help M-Tech suspension replacement..

I have a 1997 328i conv. (europe) with factory fitted M-tech susp. It's time to replace the shocks (F/R) after 65000 miles. I'm wondering what are the differences between the M3 shocks are there any? can i fit them what part No.? And also what about the Bilstein after market sport susp. (yellow) any difference from the M-tech I presume M-tech is made by Bilstein. Also what about the new Econo TC susp. from Bilstein any good for fast driving ? Do Ineed to replace the front and rear top shock mounts due to wear? Please suggest anything more suitable than the above. Your word counts
Help
Cheers Gerry....
