Please help, DTC P0175
I am getting a P0175, it says that Bank 2 is too rich, well I like to know if what may cause this condition before I go and replace the O2 sensors.

Re: Please help, DTC P0175
Another post without much info, & the list of causes is long.
Is this a California emission truck? What year, motor-probably 5.7-R, mileage, ect???? |

Well it is a 7.4L VIN J, with about 110,000 miles, and it does not have Cali emissions.

Re: Please help, DTC P0175
This is one that you realy cant do without a scanner to watch the data stream info. Some codes require a lot of info & this is one of them. P0175= bank 2 fuel trim lean
The scanner would let you monitor the O2 & watch the fuel trim values to see whats going on. Good luck with the $75.00 or so O2 but I dont think it will cure the problem. |
