cylinder 1 and 6 misfire

i have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 v8 5.2 liter engine
i have a cylinder 1 and 6 misfire
it takes a while for my truck to start i have to pump the gas pedal to turn on and then it sometimes idles really low around 400-500 rpms
when i reverse it dies more frequently

i have replaced all the
spark plugs, wires, & coils
radiator
fuel pump
oil pump
thermostat
engine

i think my next step is fuel injectors but im not sure?

any help would be appreciated

Do you have any codes like the P0301 & P0306?

i went to autozone and their diagnostic only specified the cylinder 1 and 6 misfire i'm not sure what the code was tho.

Hmmm, #1 & #6 are 180 degrees apart in the firing sequence. I wonder if that would have anything to do with the problem?

My '01 manual shows 1 ignition coil for your engine.

The 8L V-10 shows 5 ignition coils and #1 & #6 are on the same coil, oddly enough.
