04 Envoy - state Inspection Fail
Replaced my battery (dead cell). I went to get an inspection done. No codes found. No check engine light. Evap and 2nd Sys will not ready. Completed drive cycle and still will not ready. Repeated, same result. What th...! Please help.

Welcome to AF, the evap system may not test/come online with under a 1/4 tank or over 3/4 tank. In NYS 2 monitors can be offline and still pass. It just may take more driving for everything to reset, no other way.

It will take 4-5 drive cycles of complete cooldown to cycle the system . Just got an 08 and they put on cruise and they disconnected the battery and it had the same issue . 4-5 drive cycles where it completely cools down and it should pass emmissions barring any mechanical issue.
