Any user comments?
I've got a late 2000 one and although it's great in most departments it doesnt feel very solid. At least not for a german car. Audi are supposed to be competing with BMW and Mercedes but after 2.5 years of VERY carefull use the dashboard has started to creak already! It's not a terrible creak but certainly not what you'd expect from such an expensive (for its market segment) car. It's a downright shame! It apparently comes and goes but theres always something there. Sometimes it's worse than others.
In other A3 forums and in the alt.autos.audi newsgroup lots of owners have similar complaints as well, so I'm not the weird one! Anyone here have similar experiences? |

so......here I am more than a year later answering to myself!
meanwhile 170 people have come and gone without a single comment! apparently A3 owners are old pensioners with no interest for the internet ps. I've sort of fixed the problem in the meantime, car is fine in all other departments |

Re: Any user comments?
Sorry man,
I just don't think there are that many A3 owners on this forum. I am definately a fan of them, and when Audi starts importing them to the US, I'll be sure to get my hands on an S3. If you want A3 info, try (Should I say it on here??) www.audi-sport.net if you haven't already. -Brad |
