Buy a new Sedan, can't find one

I can not find a new car to fill my need. What will you recommend?
I want a new, mid-size sedan, say maybe 25-35K.
I want a car with NO moonroof, NO rear spoiler, NO FordTouch, but pretty much all the other nice bells and whistles like heated seats, navigation, leather, good sound system, rear view camera.
It is very important to me that the car be very quiet.
It seems to be impossible to find one, even if I compromise on one or two of the features that I would like to have (but moonroof and FordTouch are non-negotiable)
I can not buy a new Accord because of the rear seat fold down restriction.
Someone please tell me it is possible to find a car such as I want.

Really? There are many sedans that fit your requirements.... here's three that jumped out at me:

Dodge Charger.

Audi A4.

BMW 320.

Any number of other vehicles.

You can get some good deals on a 2013 Mazda 6 if you don't mind buying a car in its last year of production.

Re: Buy a new Sedan, can't find one

Thanks for the productive ideas.
I apologize for taking a while to respond.
Fred: 3 points: (1) I am not yet ready to believe that Chrysler Corp. can build a reliable, satisfying car; (2) it appears the Audi always has a moonroof, which I hate; (3) the BMW 328i looks great,, it will push my price point if I get the luxury (seems reasonable) line and the heated seats - but I will go look at one and see what I can see. Do people have an opinion on ride and quiet for the 328i?

And, yes, I do mean quiet as a Mercedes. I am driving a 2008 Accord XL (4) which is perfectly satisfying as transportation, but the car is so noisy it bothers me a great deal. I regret buying it (new). Why did I wait so long? Who knows?

Oldblu: Thanks, good idea, I have checked the Passat and I think it is great. HOWEVER I had developed a fear that parts and labor on a Passat could be a problem as the car aged. I guess I heard comments somewhere. I usually keep a car a long time. What do you think?
