Advice on Arii and Trumpeteer models please

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has experiecne of models made by these two companies? Are the build qualities good? and also does the instructions have side, top, front and rear plan diagrams? (similar to those you find in Tamiya instructions). I scan these diagrams to help me make 3d models of them

Sorry, i forgot to add Fujimi as well.

thanks

I have two Arii 1/32 Skyline GT-R's, the quality of them is pretty good for 1/32, the only major downfall is that the wheels seem to be out of proportion. As for diagrams, there are no top/rear/front diagrams, just a simple 8 stage assembly guide.

I bought one Arii model, a first generation RX-7, and the quality seemed OK, but it was missing the rear glass and I couldn't find any information on the web about contacting them, so I just returned it.

I don't own any Trumpeteer kits, so I can't comment on that.

Most of the Arii kits are reissues of the kits produced by the companies that went out of business, so quality varies.

Fujimi has gone through turbulent stages, and quality depends on when the specific kit of your interest was produced.

In short, ask which one you're interested, and someone on the board should have it.
