Made windshield window cuts & quarter windows, if I'm calling it the right way.
And interior fit it. |

Front Panel is attached. Was an idea to order a CNC press form for it, but it's appeared quite ok with just hammering....
The lighter was used to unglue the panel on fitting procedures. Just a bit of heat and that's it with it. |

You deserve a lot of credit for this model, the amount of work and craftsmanship is clear to see. Very interesting work, looking forward to seeing more.

Well, using online service http://trycolors.com checked on photo the color of the car. And mixed the colors accordingly. Guess kind of the right one.

Re: Peugeot 403 convertible (1959): Lt.Columbo's junk heap - Tin metal pace scratch build.
Figured out the alternative method to cnc , ok joke, as alternative to wooden form for hammering, by choping the 3d model on layers, here is 63 of them, with self adhezive image paper. That was just a test couse i messed up with super precise positioning of the layers out, and need to draw some more positioning marks. But whatever with it. And the negative mold with epoxy plasticine glue. Works great. Very rigid and the metall can be hammered with ease on it.
And simple test with thick foil. The form can be also used for vacuum forming etc. |

Hi.
The rig for stretching metal is build. And experiment with fender, even though it is too much of a pull for fender be done that way) The guess better use the plastic hammer as well too. The whole part was formed as incremental forming, by sliding the hammer on the form. The first pics with half of the fender is hammer formed. |
