Pontiac 400 build advice!

currently getting into a pontiac 400 build and I'm new to the pontiac motors, I would appreciate any and all advice as there are a lot of knowledgeable people that have a lot more experience than I do. im looking to build more than one of these motors, a friend wants one for his 71 cutlass, i have plans to put one in my 87 pontiac grand prix and give it the proper pontiac power it deserves... specs on current engine:

1974 400 ci cast # 481988 YT 220 factory rating
cylinder bore is 4.121". (.030"+ bore is 4.151
.030 overbore to make 406 ci
2 bolt mains
deck height 0.030 -
3.75-inch (95 mm) stroke
factory rods, rod length is 6.625

Keith Black/KB Pistons 1526-030 - Silv-O-Lite Cast Pistons

Bore (in) 4.150 in.
Bore (mm) 105.410mm
Piston Style Flat top, with eight valve reliefs
Piston Material Cast aluminum
Compression Distance (in) 1.700 in.
Wrist Pin Style Press-fit
Pin Diameter (in) 0.981 in.
Piston Ring Thickness 5/64 in. x 5/64 in. x 3/16 in.
APPROXIMATE HEAD VOLUME=10cc

so with that being said, im looking for recommendations for head/cam combinations that will work well together, I'm looking for 350-400 hp. looking at 72cc heads with 2.11/1.77's, for example #13's, 16,62,48 and so on... looking for any advice, mild-medium cam that would work well with this. any input appreciated so dont hesitate! thanks
