1990 B2600i FI 4x4 back pressure on radiator

1990 B2600i FI 4x4

I just replaced the rings, resurfaced the head and valve seats because the truck overheated and blow the headgasket. I bought as is because of the headgasket problem.

I reassembled the engine and reinstalled in the truck. I've replaced the water pump, thermostat, radiator and radiator cap.

After 5-10 minutes of running it around the block I noticed after turning it off in the driver way that the hose to the thermostat is very tight and hot and that the there is a lot of pressure on the radiator.

Any ideas? Do I need to flush the system? The heater seems to work and I get heat in the cab.

Thanks
