FOR SALE!! 95 Sidekick 16valve

Well I got a kid on the way and I have to get rid of the Zuk. Its a 95 16valve Automatic 4x4. I just rebuilt the motor and due to the ignition problem listed in my past post, never got to enjoy it. The motor is .040 over has forged pistons and everything is brand new (bearings, gaskets etc.) I bought the rebuild kit from rpmrons.com(incase you want to see what came with the kit)
I assembled the motor put it back in and all it did was turn over. It has never ran since rebuild(check other post for written explanation of problem.) I have all the reciepts for everything I bought including machine work.
I have not had time to take it anywhere to have it fixed.
I would say its something simple but I just dont have the time to mess with it anymore.
Here is some info on what I have:

1995 Sidekick 47K miles !YES only 47K original miles!
Rebuilt title (was wrecked in 96 or 97 but repaired after setting for approx one year. Bought by a friend and driven for approx 1 1/2 years. Suffered hole in piston due to faulty spark plug. Sat until 2003 until I purchased it when friend got a divorce.)
A friend of mine replaced the piston for me and I drove it for approx one month. TRANSMISSION, T-CASE, 4X4, HEATER EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECTLY!!!
Drove for approx 1500miles before bad ring seating caused loss of compression in cyl 4. THIS WAS THE REASON FOR REBUILD.
Since I was going to use the drivetrain for a sammy I went ahead and bored the block .040 (1mm) over and went with the rebuild kit from RPMRons.
This is an excellent parts/project car! Everything is there ALT and Starter were tested before reassembly, so I know they are in great shape. The trans shifted firmly and the 4wd engaged without hesitation. I drove it on the street before rebuild and everything worked perfectly.
If someone could figure out why it wont start you could drive it everyday.
Price is $1500.00 but negotiable, because I want to sell it whole. THERE IS MORE THAN $1500.00 IN GOOD PARTS. I just dont have the time to do anything with it.

If you have any questions please email me at jjohnson0010@kctcs.edu and I would be glad to send pictures or video of the zuki to any serious buyers.
