Red face Honba jazz

I have just purchased a honda jazz sport for my wife (2005) from a honda dealership, as part of the deal a 24,000 mile service is included. My question is what should I exspect to be done, and would I be entitled to ask for a copy of the service report for my records.Regards David Flynn.
