Trade UP ? M5 E60 for an older ferrari 360 f1 ?

I have a buddy who has to unload his Ferrari 360 quickly as a child is suddenly on the way and his wife says the car must go. He has offered his 360 for an awesome deal which means trading for my BMW E60 M5 plus a bit of cash. I am very tempted, what are your guys' thoughts on this ?

Check out my video explaining the situation.

Please advise, I look forward to hearing from you.

Ferrari ownership comes with Ferrari ownership costs and Ferrari inconveniences.
It will certainly spend more time off the road in the garage than the BMW and cost much more each time.
M5 has it's issues but it's still a lot more put together than a Ferrari.
Don't get me wrong a Ferrari is a wonderful thing you just need to know that it will be different than a BMW ownership wise.
They are high maintenance and yes I know from experience.
