-civic type R (and i live in CA not in japan)

-honda CR-V block
-rebuilt engine(american parts of course)
-drag turbo kit
-boost controller
-speed pro computer
-spoon racing rimes 14'
-apexi coil overs
-carbon fiber hood
-NOS(maybe i dont really like nos though, very unreliable)

Just out of curiosity, why would you want to use a Honda CR-V engine block in a civic?

Well, the CRV block will help improve torque. Its a hard setup to do, and in my opinion, not worth it. As for the rims go, there are cheaper rims out there, that are close to the weight. If you import the civic, then more power to you, just dont expect to drive it everyday. Those $90 oil caps are good for about 5-10 horsepower, and dont forget clear taillights, and lots of stickers. They are of course, the best bang for your buck

the reason for the cr-v block is that in stead of a 1.6 or 1.8 liter vtech u get a 2.0 lter vtech which alone can beat turbo cars and is very cheap. plus im adding a turbo to the crv block so ill go even faster then that. and from what i heard every1 does that crv block conversion. and i heard its very simple to do. the only reason for the nos is while the turbo spoils up ill have nos that shouts trow the engine and when i get to boost ill go even faster so theres no turbo lag

o yeah kbslacker i hate claer taillights and decals and bodywork i cant stand it people spend so much in that stuff that if they didnt they could make it even faster. leave most of the body stock only change the important stuff o and i hate game consoles in cars too.

Well, the clears and stickers thing is a joke. As for using the crv block, just to get a 2.0 Liter motor, is not that practical. Use a prelude motor for that. But then, the prelude motor is a hard install by itself. I have never heard of a N/A crv hybrid, being able to beat a tuned turbo car. You would have to do some pretty heavy mods to the N/A motor to get it to run with a forced induction car. Using NAAAWWWZZZ to help get the extra "boost" while in turbo lag, would be a waste, for a daily driver, IMO. Its not like your motor will be massive, that will have lots of turbo lag. When you say "cheap" define cheap for me please? I am curious to know. Lastly, is this going to be a daily driver? or a weekend racer?
