100% safe using the Purple 5200K-Kelvin TEMP KRYPTON HID BULBS for all vihecles?!?!
hi, as i went through ebay, all the sellers mentioned that it's 100% safe using the Purple 5200K-Kelvin TEMP KRYPTON HID BULBS for all vihecles. but as i looked at my car, it said that the bulbs should be 60w, and i think those bulbs selling here are 100w. would that be harmful if i put those on my car?
i want to clear this out before i buy one of those, coz i also heard from my friend that if i put those on, it will burn off my car. and i will have to change all the wires after that. could anyone clear this out for me? thank you very much. |

As far as I know, those real HID kits using 35W after they lighted up. I don't think you should worry about that.
I have a ZmaxHID 8000K kit in my car, I never had a problem for 6 month already... hope it helps.... |

Cuzo Lights
I have some by Cuzo bulbs in my 97 altima and they are 90/100W bulbs and they havent burnt out and havent fried my wires. I have had them two years now. Just dont go higher than that cause they can burn the wires. I dont know about the purple bulbs i have some blue that are sweet. I also have the piaa parking lights to match.

If they are true hid's they wont be anything more than 35w, they are very high voltage though, but that doesnt really matter, only if you plan on electricuting yourself. I have 8000k system in my 2000, and have had no problems yet.

97 altima
I have seen those bulbs on ebay. They are not real HID bulbs or else they wouldnt be sold so cheap. Real HID requires a conversion kit for real HID bulbs. The bulbs on ebay are HID simulated meaning they are not real HID bulbs but they are bulbs that give a HID look. They are pretty good bulbs if u dont get too high of a wattage. dont go higher than 90/100w bulbs or else the wires will burn up. 5200K is just the color output brightness the bulb gives off. Real HID is like 9000k and above. Thats why they are so bright.
