poor dealership
Just had the worst car buying experience ever. Got a new M45 sport. Love it, but the dealer, Infiniti of Tampa, Florida was the worst ever. Stay away from there. Purchase/lease anyplace else. Otherwise, so far I love the car and hate the dealer - they could'nt even order a car given four months to get it right. They really suck.
Stay away from Infiniti of Tampa, Florida - BAD - BAD - BAD!!!!!!!!!! |

Re: poor dealership
The other Infiniti dealeraship (we have two here in MN) would not even let us test drive the new M45 Sport. THey sucked. We have yet to drive it. But our dealership will let us.

Re: poor dealership
Not every dealership can be that bad. It sounds like someone really dropped the ball on your order. The best thing you can find is a salesman that actually calls you and follows up after the sale. If you have someone like that working for you, it helps having that friend in the dealership that can make sure things are perfect before and after the sale! Good luck!

Re: poor dealership
Sorry you had a bad experience. Here in New York, Long Island in particular there are few good Infiniti dealers--I think the issue here is that the model was based on Nissan dealers, and there is little separate training to distinguish the Infiniti store procedures. I have both an M35X and a Lexus RX400h, so I am in a position to compare the two organizations.
I recently had a problem with an exhaust noise on the M, and had to take the car back 6 times before they could diagnose, and got the zone service rep from the factory involved. Now part of that is due to the fact that they couldn't hear the noise a couple of times, but at least 3 times they did. Having been a leasing and marketing manager for a dealership long ago in a galaxy far far away, I know what I am doing, and make sure I stay in command of a sale when buying a car, but for those without the knowledge, dealerships like the one you describe tend to give the whole industry a bad name. Good luck with the car however. |
