that I already knew. on top of that, I presume that anyplace OTHER than japan was LHD, hence the 3000GT. If it was imported or whatever, that's a different story. Here's a question for you.....are all GTO's RHD? Are all 3000GT's LHD? My posts had nothing to do with WHERE the 3s/GTO originated from, but rather if it was RHD vs LHD.

I can say with a lot of confidence that GTO's are RHD.

Re: Ralliart spec 3000gt vs Nissan Skyline GTS
These cars are known as the GTO in Japan and are all LHD. I know that they sell the 3000gt in Australia and it is also LHD. No there is no such thing as a RHD GTO.
Apart from the MR all GTO's are AWD. The GTO symbol stitched in the seats are an aftermarket feature, beleive me there are Thousands of these things here in NZ and most come with cloth trimming...... The GTO never came out with more than 280hp due to the jap laws even the 1999 model still had 280hp. Mitsubishi 3000gt Base SL VR-4 Mitsubishi GTO SR has AWD non Turbo MR has RWD and Turbo's TT same as VR-4 hope that straitens a few things......... |

Re: Ralliart spec 3000gt vs Nissan Skyline GTS
Sorry don't have too much specs on this car since I'm the second owner. Every thing that I know is From the Mag and Ralliart themselfs. When I get my dynotune I will get them to give me some specs although they won't be able to give me all the details since my car was also sent to Rod Millin Motor sports and parts to an Enginearing Devision of the USA army........
Also had a pro rally driver over see the design of the car......... Car is boosting 25psi HP??? ( was 20psi (530ATW) before the extra work and uping the boost in 1999). |

Re: Ralliart spec 3000gt vs Nissan Skyline GTS
Just because mitsubishi says the car has 280 hp doesnt mean it actually does.
MR's are not RWD, they are AWD

Re: Ralliart spec 3000gt vs Nissan Skyline GTS
Whats this rumor I hear about the GTO being considered for a mid-engined setup?

Re: Ralliart spec 3000gt vs Nissan Skyline GTS
R u talking bout the common mistake that ppl think GTO MR means Mid-Rear if look ALOT of places of the internet say that GTO MR means Midengine Rearwheel drive.
