Yamaha YZR-M1 2009 Sterilgarda
This is my new model, I'll go with the Yamaha M1 model piloted by American Ben Spies in the last race of the year 2009.
Here the picture the motorcycle in action. I will still take a while to start, because I have two motorcycles in progress, M1 USA Yamaha and Honda LCR, but are already in final stages. Sandro |

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 2009 Sterilgarda
great update Sandro - what putty do you use to fill on the swing-arm? "miliput"? please include lots of pictures for this build and if you make a Top Studio chain please do a tutorial with all the steps showing how and what you use to build the chains. lastly where did you get the resin "airbox" and "snorkel" in the first picture? Thanks Sandro - good start - John

John, I use epoxy mass, and the air box is the first image Top Studio.
Let a few more updates. Rear suspension practically ready. This piece was replaced by components T2M Engine Here the clutch cover, which will be installed on the side of the engine Motor practically ready, lacking only a few details to be pasted in photoetch. Rear Bumper and Radiator Placing Carbon Fiber in many parts This part is where the electronic part behind the instrument panel, a lot of work but the result was very good. Sandro |

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 2009 Sterilgarda
Sandro - what type of "wire" are you using? Is that T2M wiring? or the wire/solder from Top Studio? Do you have to paint it or does it come with those colors?? - Thanks

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 2009 Sterilgarda
John, I'm not sure I understand your question , but as the wires they already comes with the top studio kit.
Balance and finished frame. Here the balance with just the brake caliper. Now with the brake caliper with the appropriate cable and brake sensor. Motorcycle Frame, now with all the screws, parts and electronic parts in PE. Balance and frame together, just to get an idea The front of the fairing, where are the tanks of liquid radiator. Now some parts of the fairing already painted, just waiting for the last coat of varnish. Sandro |
