Re: Harley Next Project 1/8
Don't know what to say. This must be, without exception, the most beatuful and well executed scratch built bike I have ever seen. Looking through your details and can't spot a single one that look unrealistic. Although your scratch building technique is out of this world my eyes tend to get stuck on your paint and weathering job. That engine housing looks so good.
My hat off and I'll settle for junior league :-) |

Re: Harley Next Project 1/8
Thank you very much to all of you!
Finally after one year and a half I finished the "Next Project" Harley Davidson.. It's more than a satisfaction known that has been scratchbuilt for 90%, and I'm very proud of this creature.. I took some photos at the sun light. More photos on my blog --> http://myscaledpassion.blogspot.it/

This is a masterpiece! Even the real custombike builder would be jaleous if they see this model. I admire your scratchbuild work. Respect! Kris.

Re: Harley Next Project 1/8
THanks to everybody guys!
After log time I'm back to work on this project, trying to reach the end asap, to be present at the local modeling show. The bike is completed, so I'm working on the last details of the barn diorama. I've scratchbuilt an old-style tool-box and home-made compressor, using some recicled materials, plasticard and glue. Than painted with tamiya flat red and weathered with oils..

Re: Harley Next Project 1/8
In these days I worked on all the parts I'll place around the workbench and the bike.. Finally I painted and weathered a lot of components ..
ow it's almost finished, only the exterior part is missing, and I think I'll reproduce some sand, gravel and a bit of dry grass. 199901d1409689674-moto-harley-next-proje 199902d1409689674-moto-harley-next-proje 199903d1409689674-moto-harley-next-proje 199904d1409689674-moto-harley-next-proje 199905d1409689857-moto-harley-next-proje 199906d1409689857-moto-harley-next-proje 199907d1409689857-moto-harley-next-proje
