2002 4WD rear shackle removal??

Just picked up this little truck and of the things I have to fix, one is the left rear rearward spring shackle. I ordered in a new Dorman shackle, but in looking at how its in the truck, I am scratching my head wondering how the heck to get the old one off, let alone how to get the new one on!!

There is not enough room for to get the old bolts to slide out of the bushings (not that I think they would ever slide out anyways) without hitting the frame. I was figuring on just cutting off the old bolts with the torch, but that wouldn't help to get the new one installed though.

Possibly look at raising the p/u bed off the frame. HTH
