I've heard that you can get the Toyota GT1 up around 383 mph.
I haven't gone for a fastest drag time, but I did do 13.6 in my Midget II :P |

I got my Cadillac Cien to do an 8.24 or something close, make sure to wash your cars, it makes them more steamlined and faster.
Presently tuning a Pontiac Tempest with 654 hp and no driving aids = lotsa smoke!

Re: what is your best 1/4 mile time and with which car
it's too cold here to clean the car...ha ha ha, but i'll give anything a go!
can anyone try the suzuki mental rally car out and see what they can achieve....7.491 took me nearly 3 hours to accomplish. i used manual gearbox and a load of tweaking! |

Re: what is your best 1/4 mile time and with which car
Damn and I thought I had the best time for my STi. Why's the STi so damn fast?
Anyways, my time with my STi is 8.294 at 175 mph My first place is my Minolta Toyota Race Car 7.35 @ 181 mph. My gears were all customed tuned. So dont' ask me unless I have the game on at the moment.

Re: what is your best 1/4 mile time and with which car
I ran a 7.999 with the escudo, top stage turbo and super slicks.
Ran with an auto transmission, just mash the gas and go. I was so blown away by breaking under 8 that I didn't try anymore. I think the second best I've gotten was low 9's with the WRX rally car, maybe high 8's with the Jag race car. |
