Need help with strange Camry 2002 V6 part.

My Camry 2002 failed code P0440 and P0446 and it looks like this part here is the problem. Can anyone help me identify what it is? I've been to AutoZone and they had nothing. Thank you.
*Note: it has "PA66" on the top.

Where did you remove it from? Provide better pics. Is it connected to vacuum or vapor lines/tubing? Did you check the hose connections if there are any?
