Acura CL 3.2L intake?

Hi everyone,

Im new to the forum, and need some help in making a decision. Im not sure whether to get a short ram or cold air intake in my CL. Im installing it myself with the help of a friend either way, but I want to know which is preferable and would i need to upgrade my exhaust to make it efficient? Also, would it be extremely difficult to install a cold air intake in regards to the fact that the area is rather tight?
