95 chrysler cirrus stalling everytime it reaches 3000 rpms

my car has recently started stalling everytime it reaches 3000 rpms I took it to a shop and they have replaced the trans control module and the fuel pump and filter and it is still not running right. They have no idea how to fix it and checked the trans solenoid and the coil. What would make my car do this? If anyone knows please help me i need this fixed. thank you

Could be the crankshaft position sensor...it adjusts the ignition timing...My gf has an Avenger and it did the same thing so I replaced that sensor and the problem was solved. Her car would stall out at 2,500 rpm's though.
