Crankshaft Journal sizes

What are the standard sizes for the rod and main journals for a 1991 1.0L Metro? This is for standard size and in SAE.

Thank you very kindly woodie. You're the only one out of 20 viewers who would respond.

I just posted a crank on eBay and just wanted to verify that everything is still standard size and according to your numbers here, they are.

Re: Crankshaft Journal sizes

The crank specs should be in any repair manual.

Believe it or not, I looked through my Haynes manual and didn't see any for the crank. I saw all kinds of specs for the cam though.

Re: Crankshaft Journal sizes

They are in there, page 2B-2 in my 85-91 Metro/Sprint Haynes manual. I see where you got confused though, the beginning of the chapter (2A) starts listing engine specs including a bunch on the camshaft.

You have a different volume than I have. I have 24075 1985-2001 and it still has no Crank specs in it.

Re: Crankshaft Journal sizes

Are you sure? Did you look in chapter 2B instead of 2A? I can't believe they would take stuff out of a later revision.

Yep. I looked through page by page. Oh well. No matter, I got it shipped off to the buyer and got a positive feedback on it. The guy got it for a buck too.
