I replaced my mass air flow sensor on the side of the throttle body and it fixed my high idle problems. takes about 5 min to fix.

Have you check trans fluid? The high idling could number of things like vacuum leak or idle air control valve. Have had codes pulled to see what the computer is seeing going on. One good thing to check is throttle body for carbon build up.
