1987 Mark VII engine problem
OK.. well, it wont start. 1 hour before this probelm occured.. it was running like a dream. now.. it cranks fast, but doesnt want to run. I checked the fuel line going into the throttle body, fuel is going into it. I checked to see if it was getting sparks... it is... pushed gas pedal down a bit to see if it was a sensor problem. didnt do anything. im stumped it has a new starter relay, alt, voltage reg, distributor.
out of the blue.. it desides not to start =/ ... thx for any help oh yea... for ppl that dont own a mark 7 ... it has a 5.0 HO V-8 (i believe the same in the mustang) Matt |

I would deffinatly check the ignition module, located on the side of the distributor even if it seems like there is plenty of fire. feel free to email me at cllass@alloymail.com
