seems like a scam to me because the same car is listed here and is located in germany.
I'm always a skeptic when it comes to ebay Enzo's but I guess Adam already pointed this out to you on bmwm5.com, thats where I got the link.

 I only wanted to share it with you guys. I also was a bit sceptic about it, because it was on ebay. I was just browsing around there when I found it. |

#1 i would never buy a 1,000,000 $ car on ebay
#2 i would never think of spending 1,000,000 on an enzo when the pics are as crappy as those #3 it looks like it was stolen...although im sure it wasnt but the pics look like they droppd it off snapped some pics and ran

I doubt any Enzos have been stolen. They've only delivered a few and the Mechanics that were trained specifically for the Enzo have only recently completed training.

Scamming- absolute scamming- pretty much every Enzo has been flogged off to an eager buyer now and the deliveries have only just begum- so aise te flag says I.
 btw- there is a fleet of 5 awaiting shipping at the docks in Genoa- they are kept in a Top Secret location though
