Where is the fuse for the rearview mirror?
I just bought a 2013 Chevy Suburban. I just noticed the rearview mirror doesn't have any power. I was going to replace the mirror with one that has a compass in it. (I've done it to previous cars. But after not getting any power, I put the old mirror back in and noticed the onstar buttons don't work. the power button on the mirror doesn't do anything.) I'm assuming there's a fuse somewhere that's blown. But, all of them I've checked so far under the hood and in the driver's door are good. As much as I can tell, it would be fuse 48 in the door. Would there be another reason the mirror wouldn't have power?

It should be fuse 49. I don't think 48 is used.
Grab a DVM or a test light to actually check the fuse power.

the rear view mirror has a plastic melt issue .. also the circuit board makes the contacts that loosen up ..squeeze the plastic and see if the electrical lights up..
