Question 2 questions (primers and photo-etched stuff)

Can I spray laquer over an enamel primer, or should it be lacquer over lacquer (just b/c I have some enamel primer left over, but no prob buying a new can of lacquer)?

Also, where to get photo-etched parts online besides HLJ? I'd like to pay less shipping if possible.

I just got the Tamiya Porsche GT2 street version and Evo VI WRC and want to add mini seat belts for detail.

Thanks,
Aaron

Pricing is good and shipping should be cheaper.

Paint compatability rules apply, don't spray lacquers over enamels.

Model Car Garage (http://www.modelcargarage.com ) focuses on hot rods and vintage cars, but they make photoetched seat belt buckles and fabric material. Good luck!

I use the detail master belts, they look great. Well, at least the hardware. The belts look rather paperish. Next time I use them I will try them with painted masking tape like crismag did on his EVO ( here ). His hardware was scratchbuilt, though, so I don't know how easy it will be to do with the detail master parts (it's already a huge pain to thread the belts through the buckels.)

Anyway, good luck with it all, and I want to see that Porsche!
