Question linkage diagram HELP!!!!!

hello does anyone know where i can find a exploded diagram of the manual transmission shift linkage. The shifter was feeling loose for the last couple of days, and today it wouldn't work at all. it felt like I was pulling the shifter right out of the linkage, and when i got it to work, i only had 1st through 4th. No fifte and no reverse.

Please help
Oh and when it goes in nutral the shifter just flops around, it doesn't spring back to its original position.

ya, I got that figured out, I hadn't taken it apart before I posted that. Turns out the spring between the shifter, and the retainer is broke. I have another posting to that. So there really is no need to continue with this thread

I have the same problem after pulling the shift lever out to change the clutch.

I did not take the tranny apart and if I mess with it long enough, I can get it to change from shifting 1-4 to shifting 3-5 and reverse. Somehow it got out of whack. Does anyone know how to get it back in whack without pulling the tranny back out , and taking it apart? (I do not have the same problem that geofrog had in his original posting, which was a broken shift spring)

Any ideas are greatly appreciated...
