Envoy Fan
The fan by the radiator seems to be running extremely high. Doesnt matter if it is in park, or if I am accelerating, the fan is real loud and seems to be running way to fast. Was very noticable when compared to a Chevy 1500, both in park. Any ideas as to what is causing this problem?

Re: Envoy Fan
Welcome to AF, if the engine is not overheating or the ac running in hot weather this is the usual faulty fan issue with our trucks, a scan should be done 1st to make sure all is ok, then replace the fan.

Re: Fan Clutch
I had this hooked up to a scanner and they said it was the Fan Clutch. Does this sound right? How easy are these to change myself and where is the best place to get these?

Re: Envoy Fan
All the parts house carry these, not an easy job, about 2 hours, go to autozone.com, repair guides fro the info.
