Dual overhead cam engine - V8
I seen a dual overhead cam engine in a Lincoln Continental, not sure of the year of size of motor. Was wondering if you could remove the intake and electronics and carburate this engine? Or if anyone knows of someone that offers a kit to complete this wiring conversion to use this engine in a hot rod. Thanks

For street use, no. The earliest Mark VIII 4.6L engines are could be converted, but they probably wouldn't pass emissions inspections (even if your state doesn't currently have them, it is technically illegal to do this conversion). Even more difficult would be to convert the 1996 and later Mark VIII 4.6L (or Navigator/Blackwood 5.4L) engine which has OBD-II controls.
