the sohc zc isnt that much better than the d16a6 in your SI, so go dohc.

I wouldn't say that, my SOHC ZC kicks ass. I was very suprised at the amount of torque it has. When I got my SOHC ZC I was just looking to put a replacement motor in the car. it is a really nice motor and the parts are easy to find as well. I was able to keep up with a B16 CIVIC untill we got to his VTEC, and my revlimiter kicked in.
your choice, just my opinion.

isnt the sohc zc an a6? just labeled differently? ide go DOHC tho, and are you keepin your hood, wing and mirrors white on your car?

actually i was talking to him just before and he was thinking about going with brite blue and white he thinks the green is just too brite and stands out too much the hood wing and mirrors are goign to stay white but the body is going to be blue..........im pretty sure hes goign to go with that

Im not sure what im doing with the paint yet i wanted some advice on that 2 im like 6 months from painting it but what colors or color schemes do you guys think?? thanks

NO! Shit my b16 have more torque than that and plus i'm plannin to swap out my block with a 1.8 or sell my ride to start a new project!
