towtruck/towing questions
Had my car recently towed a short distance before I stopped the guy and showed him my parking permit. Getting into the car to get the permit I noticed that the parking brake was down.
Is the driver able to disengage the parking brake without entering the car? Car is a honda civic, year old. Is anyone knowledgeable enough about towing that they can give me the rundown of things that can break/go wrong when a car is towed. Like shocks, transmission, parking brake lines etc,.. I would like to know so I can make sure to check the necessary areas the next time the bastids get my car. Thanx for the info in advance. |

so long as they raised the front tires off the ground then you should be fine.
