OZ 15 spoke rally wheels?

Hi All,

I have a set of 1/24 Renaissance 15 spoke OZ wheels for a Ford Focus rally car project. I will be using the Tamiya kit. The resin wheels have a hole through the centre. My question is, what fills this hole? I don't have any good pictures of the wheel close up on the actual car. I plan to use the spike (?) from the Tamiya wheels to attach the resin wheels and attach that way. Would the back of the spike be sufficient to fill the void?

Look forward to any help or pictures to help.

Thanks

Tony
