Everybody's art

I've seen alot of talkers in this forum but not alot of art....some but not alot. How about everybody just post a pic. The point of this not to judge peoples artwork but just to enjoy...good or bad, it doesn't matter.

I'll be looking forward to seeing everybody's art.

Re: Everybody's art

Whenever I can get a F'in Scanner! I went to my cousin's, hers is broken, I went to friends, they don't have one, I don't have one and my dad is too lazy to hook up our digital camera! So the answer is, whenever I can!

Open your pic up in photoshop and go to the Image pull down menu and choose flatten image. Then go back under the image pull down menu and go to image size. Make it 6 inches wide at 72 dpi then do a save as and save it as a medium res jpg.

I used ink and prismacolor pencils. I'm not the best at advice but I may be able to help a bit.
First thing I do is a good pencil drawing, then I ink that. What I do when it comes to coloring my drawing is I make marks with a pencil where I want my highlights to be. When I am coloring I choose 2 or 3 pencils that make up the color I want. First I shade in the darker of the colors lightley. Then on the last color which should be the lightest of the two or three, i color it heavily which kindof smears the colors to create kind of an oil look. Then I go back over the top of it with either a white or a dark shade of the color to add the shadows and highlights. thats about it. I don't know it this helps but thats the best I can do.
