Re: Pagani Zonda F

I did not dare to open holes in the sills - very thick metal there. But sooner or later it had to happen.

I continue to work with the rear subframe. It is quite different from Huayra's.

The rear lower arms also in the process of rework.

It is necessary to remake all the levers. They are different in the Huayra , unfortunately.

Re: Pagani Zonda F

Thank you Bernard! But the most impressive work is ahead. I just have to force myself to finish this model without long breaks.

Re: Pagani Zonda F

2 lechatnior82: Thank you! I have used this paint remover.

But it is not useful for plastic, because it is very agressive and eats almost all plastics.

Re: Pagani Zonda F

The first arm is ready. I have spent for it the whole week.

The comparison with the donor from Huyara.

The next will be a front lower arm.
The donor from Huyara.

This is what I need to make.

Re: Pagani Zonda F

Small update.
The rear subframe from Huayra was cut a bit.

The sides of the monocoque (grey color) were cut and have glued with inclination.

My brother has started to create some 3D models (intake, air filter, subframe and etc.). So, I have decided to modify the engine a bit.

The 3D models of an air filter was done.

I have started to find a right position of the monocoque. I have used the front suspension from Huayra for this purpose.

To create a correct bottom side of a sill I am using this picture, but I need more pictures.

Some more 3D from my brother.

Re: Pagani Zonda F

Small update after a long break.
I have bought a 3D printer.

These are the first parts I have received, and I have mostly satisfied.
