Re: Nissan Skyline GT-R to Make North American Road Racing Series Debut in SPEED GT
If you need any help around the pit area when you all come out to Virginia Internation Raceway area, I am more tan willing to be some free help around the pit area. You know shop/pit "gopher". I am even willing if my schedual will permit to travel as far as around the Atlanta area. Just PM me for further details.
And goodluck. If Volvo's team makes a reapperance I have two teams to root for now. But I think they will be on a limited scheduel this season, according to Volvo anyway.

Re: Nissan Skyline GT-R to Make North American Road Racing Series Debut in SPEED GT
Hummm.... guess the road series in Australia changing the rules to eliminate the GTR in the 90's is a better gauge of the ability of what the GTR can do against v-8's..... or better yet a big overweight front plowing v-10.... I think they just MIGHT be getting "factory" support if the high number(over 8!) of NISMO motors they have at their disposal..... I am thinking "borrowing" a driver from Japan would be PERFECT for a 2nd driver... someone with a past in the GTR... If I was 20 years old and the had the opportunity to have a seasoned driver with a winning past in the GTR come over and show me what it takes to make MY car win... and win big.. I'd think I was living a dream...... When I started my in the 600cc class on my GSXR road bike, I had a VERY experienced pro rider come out to the track and spent the day with me.... I learned more in 6 hours on the track that day than all my past races! I moved up over 6 spots in the standing in 2 weeks...

Re: Nissan Skyline GT-R to Make North American Road Racing Series Debut in SPEED GT
I unfortantly cant access the world challenge website. I use my work computer to check in and it has anything linked to sports filtered out. Go figure.
I didnt think you all were on the VIR scheduel this year anyway, but there are other tracks in the 200 mile radius of VIR. Either way good luck.

Re: Nissan Skyline GT-R to Make North American Road Racing Series Debut in SPEED GT
Wow Igor, amazing job. It must be tough competing against all these crazy cars for a first timer(from what I read). The GT-R can offer everything you need to leave the competition in the dust. But hey you gotta start somewhere, right? Your living my dream right now, Im so freakin jealous lol. Good luck man, you'll do great. Where are you starting on the grid? I don't know too much about this type of racing. Is the M3 GT-R competing?
