Particulate filter problems please help....

I have a 307 sw 2.0 hdi 110. Had the economy mode come up plugged it in and it said the particulate filter was knackered so changed that filled up the additive tank. Also changed the glow plugs and relay. it's having trouble starting it's fine if you wipe the codes but after that first time you have to give it a boost with eather down the air intake and it fire's strait up.......

Does anybody know what it could be would be a great help
