Frontier

No real problems to date. They had one issues with a rattle, but a TSB was issued and the trucks built since don't have this problem.

Personally, I bought the '05 Frontier Crew Cab SE 4x4 and could not be happier with the truck. There are a few forums on the net where you can get lots of info.

In my opinion, the Frontier was definitely the best bang for the buck in small trucks out there.

YMMV

dunno if this post is a little late but i bouight an '05 frontier crew cab SE in march '05 and i couldn't be happier with it. i can tow 3 quads no problem with it and it drives like a dream. VERY smooth and quiet in the cab. only down side is that the SE doesn't come with a key fob, but other than that I LOVE IT.

The SE doesn't come with a remote - but it does have the receiver. I programmed a remote to mine even though Nissan said I was supposed to buy the whole kit. It's just like the Honda CR-V LX - the receiver is there, they just want to rip you off at the dealership by "selling you" the keyless entry kit.

Boy, I sure hope the 05 is better than the 04. Sounds like I should have waited a year. My 04 CC LB non-SC is a lame duck. Looks killer, but it can't get out of it's own way and is a terrible gas hog. Luckily my lease is only for 3 years.....you guys let me know if it's worth getting another one after you've had the new style for a couple of years. I'll keep checking back.....
