'93 Altima-Ticking Noise

So I have had this car for a while now, and no big problems with it. Recently changed the A/C belt, it was starting to screech. However, recently something has come up. As I drive a ticking noise starts up. It sounds like it is coming from the vents on the passenger side. When I flip the switch in the middle to shut the air off, it stops for a minute then starts up again. I have no clue what this noise is, whethor its the vents, or A/C... Anyone have any ideas? Or know what to do to fix this??? Thanks.

The belt just needs to be tightened and the vent has ether leaves or some type of loose material in it.
