Unhappy '94 Altima Problem

I just bought a 94 Altima GXE done around 80k miles. When I bought the car, it was running like a charm, but now I have problems with it. The major problem is that at D or R the idylling is not proper. The car kicks and jumps and sometimes even stalls. Even when I'm driving, the ride is really jerky when the car shifts from a lower to a higher gear. I also feel the car is stressed as in it does not go over go without me having to push down on the accl. peddle all the way.
Anyone's had a similar problem???
help me

You might possibly have a bad injector or clogged injector .or a fouled spark plug. check those because it sounds like your isn't running on all of it's cyliinders.check your spark plug gap as well .
